This is super easy, and really yummy! Plus, there's lots of fruit & fiber to keep you full.
Ingredients:
3 c. oats
1 1/2 c. yogurt (we use vanilla)
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 t. cinnamon
2 T. honey
1 1/2 c. sliced strawberries
1 c. blueberries
1 medium apple, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
Directions:
1. Combine the oats with the yogurt, milk, cinnamon & honey.
2. Fold in the fruit.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
