Ingredients:
6 egg whites
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon
1 t. agave
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 T. ground flax seed
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Cook on a hot griddle.
**Makes about 9 small pancakes**
